Healthy-Yummy summer sandwich

Ingredients (for 1): 

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 ripe avocado 
  • small handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 ball mozzarella (100 gr/3.5 oz)
  • salt and pepper to taste
