Spaghetti with Mussels in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients (for two): 

  • 1 kg mussels
  • 2 scallions, roughly chopped (the green part too!) 
  • 4 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 smaller can of tomato paste
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • spaghetti, cooked to taste :)
