- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 1 egg
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- small handful of fresh basil leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 ball mozzarella (100 gr/3.5 oz)
- salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients ready? Just add a Pinch of Pixidust! By the time the song ends, your sandwich will be ready to eat :)
- Mash the avocado with a fork, and add a pinch of salt if you like. Spread avocado cream on bread.
- Arrange tomato slices on one slice, then pile on mozzarella slices as well.
- Fry the egg, however you like, and slide it on top of the mozzarella.
- Tear up basil leaves, and add to your sandwich. Press the bread slices together, and put in 300F/150C oven for 5/7 minutes, just to let the cheese melt a little.
Yumm yumm yumm... this is such a filling sandwich! Great for breakfast, or for a summer snack.
